1. What is eDelivery?

  • Fast, convenient, and easy to use, our eDelivery service provides the easiest and fastest way to receive full-version updates of our software.

 

2. Why do I need an Internet connection to install the software?

  • When the software is first installed, identifying information is transferred to the eDelivery server for registration purposes.

 

3. What happens if the download period expires?

  • If your 7-day period expires, you can request a renewal of the download period by contacting eDelivery@caseware.com.

 

4. Does the installation file expire?

  • No. Once you download the software, you can install it at any time afterwards. It is only the download link that expires.

 

5. Is the download link transferable?

  • No, the download link is specific to your firm.

 

6. What if we have multiple installations?

  • In the scenario where more than one user needs access to the installation file, the license administrator should download the software once and then distribute it accordingly. Forwarding the download link or the email to others may result in the link not working.
